A community celebration where joy, wellness & giving come together

Fitness Dance 2026 is a three-hour immersive experience, bringing an exceptional group of professional dancers and champion instructors together in one exciting afternoon. It’s a rare opportunity to watch outstanding performances up close, then step in and move with them through engaging Master Class Experiences — getting a firsthand taste of different fitness dance styles. Spend an afternoon releasing stress, meeting new people and rediscovering the joy of movement. Even more meaningful, your participation supports Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation, bringing that spirit of health and happiness into our community.

Our story

We often say, “I’ll start exercising tomorrow.” But tomorrow never comes. Movement has no barriers, and it doesn’t need a perfect start. Whether it’s a morning walk or a gentle stretch, every small move adds something to your health. Take the first step, and you’ve already begun to change. Jennifer Xu, founder of Little Hippo Insurance, worked as a registered nurse in Ontario for over eight years.
